The session starts with one of our members sharing her story and giving us insights into thyroid conditions in menopause. We then have time to chat with one another about our own experiences of this transition time .

At a Menopause Café people, often strangers, gather to drink and discuss menopause.

Menopause Cafés are:

In an accessible, respectful and confidential space

Open for all, regardless of gender or age

With no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action

On a not for profit basis
