This impactful campaign launched by the Career Progression group within our Race and Ethnicity workstream, features an insightful series of eight important conversations and was created with the aim of redressing the balance of information accessible to ethnically diverse professionals in the investment industry who are looking to progress their careers at senior levels, as well as amplifying the voices of ethnically diverse senior investment professionals.

The series included conversations around authenticity, barriers to progression and becoming leadership ready, amongst many others. Throughout these videos we heard from highly accomplished ethnically diverse senior investment leaders who shared their thoughts on the topics at hand, gave practical insight, honest advice and key tips for accelerating career progression within the industry.

Join us to learn more about the initiative as we talk through what’s next, demonstrating how member firms can embed this great tool to enhance diversity at senior levels within their organisations.

Together we can encourage transparency, promote understanding and inspire future industry leaders.
