Tough Mudder is an international assault course designed by the Special Forces with the intention of pushing you further than your fitness levels demand.
Obstacles include crawling under razor wire, scaling inverted fences, reaching the summit of ‘Mount Everest’ and getting a buzz out of Electroshock Therapy. With several Mudder events taking place across the year, it’s up to you whether you take on Tough Mudder in the sweltering heat or the freezing cold.

Good news! Tough Mudder have recently added ‘half’ distances to many of their events. 5 miles, 12 of their famous obstacles and all of the excitement you’d expect from the muddiest of assault courses.
