For the last 5 years, Daniele Fiandaca, co-founder of Utopia and Token Man, has been using International Men’s Day to open up a conversation around masculinity in the workplace to engage men and inspire them to become inclusion makers.

In this interactive talk* he will explain the importance of recognising International Men’s Day and how you can use it as a platform for inspiring positive change in the workplace. And as the theme for this year’s event is Allyship and Beyond, he will talk about some of the ways to inspire your male employees to become allies and advocates in the workplace.
