Self-care is entirely personal and so we focus on the 5 areas in which we can show ourselves care; physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual.

Recent research has shown that compassion can help to maintain our wellbeing alongside practicing breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. We will discuss key themes and myths around relaxation and self-care, leaving participants with a more balanced outlook and important skills to take away.
