75% of women lack confidence in asking for pay rise compared to 59% of men

75% of women do not feel comfortable asking for a pay rise, compared to 59% of men, according to a survey by totaljobs.

The survey of more than 4,800 participants found that 37% of women admit they lack the confidence to ask for more money.
