Applications are open for the P&G Female Business Leaders Growth Programme

WEConnect International is a corporate-led non-profit and their goal is to connect more majority women owned businesses (those that are at least 51 per cent owned, managed and controlled by one or more women) into the corporate supply chain.

WEConnect International in partnership with P&G are delighted to announce a brand new growth programme for majority women-owned businesses in the UK who are interested in developing and growing their businesses. The programme is free and has three development streams which will be delivered over three months – a Q&A session led by a topic expert from P&G will take place at the end of each day:

The sessions are designed to inspire, encourage and empower future growth and development in your business and you will be supported by a post-programme mentoring opportunity provided by P&G.

Who is eligible to apply?

The owner of any majority women-owned business based in the UK is welcome to apply to participate in the programme. Majority owned means 51 per cent or more of the shareholding must be in female hands. The business must be either self-registered or certified with WEConnect International before the programme starts on the 19th April. The training programme will be held at the P&G offices – The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XP.


The programme is free but participants will be responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation costs. Details of local hotels will be provided and informal networking dinners will be arranged on the evenings of 19th April, 17th May and 7th June.

Applications will be open until 11.30pm UK time on Friday 23rd March. Applicants will be notified by Thursday 29th March as to whether they have been successful or not. Applicants are expected to attend all of the sessions, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
