Cameron Barney are partnering with Women Returners to launch a returnship programme for a corporate finance professional who has taken an extended career break and now wants to return to a flexible part-time role using their prior skills and experience. The successful candidate is likely to have a background as a Senior Associate or Vice President within the corporate finance department of an investment bank.
During the three month programme, you will have the option of working a three-day week initially, with the flexibility to increase the hours over the period. Work will be mainly from home, with regular team and client meetings at Cameron Barney’s Mayfair offices. You will work on professional level projects, and will benefit from guidance and support from senior colleagues, together with coaching through the transition period from Women Returners. At the end of the three months, there will be the possibility of a permanent role with the organisation.

Skills and requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in financial modelling, PowerPoint investor presentation and valuation work. High level of numeracy and understanding of financial accounts.
- Good judgment and common sense and a desire to provide exceptional client service.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Voluntary career break of at least 18 months.
It is envisaged that the start date will be January 2016.
