Cannes is always a glamorous affair and a wonderful opportunity to see what show stopping designer outfits celebrities are wearing. Our personal shoppers at KM Image Consultants have selected and highlighted our favourite picks from this year’s festival. Enjoy!
This year, the Cannes red carpet was filled with baroque patterns.
Léa Seydoux wore a white Valentino dress with blue embroidery creating a very romantic look.
Zoe Saldana was also wearing Valentino from the 2013-2014 fall-winter collection, opting for a longer version of the dress, while keeping the same tones.
Emma Watson chose the baroque look as well but chose a shorter, modern shape, and wore a vivid blue.
Red Carpet means sophistication, and some celebrities chose pure sophistication this year.
Alison Williams wore an impressive Armani Privé Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2013 red dress. A wonderful choice.
Marion Cotillard was dazzling in Christian Dior Croisière Collection 2014, a very bold choice. Her 50’s inspired hair style added the perfect retro touch to complete the look.
Selita Ebanks opted for Chopard jewellery creating a luxurious look.
Carey Mulligan’s dress is a very classic choice. She emanates elegance and confidence.
Emma Watson’s Christian Dior dress, with an open back presented a very lady-like persona.
Aydrey Tautou and Nicole Kidman who are regulars at Cannes, chose to play it less serious. The both wore floral dresses, very young and fresh. While Audrey Tautou picked a country inspired one, Nicole Kidman preferred a more ‘Mad men’ inspired, very 50’s look.
Cara Delevigne chose a black lace Burberry long dress which we love. The sheer lace on the arms and the neckline created a very seductive twist.
Miranda Kerr chose a sexy yet feminine geometric shaped black dress, which worked beautifully on her.
