The “In her shoes” content series provides a showcase for female rising stars that exist across the Careers City client base. These individuals were nominated by their business areas as Women firmly on their way to success. By profiling these individuals, we are not only celebrating their achievements, but sharing their stories with those who may be applying for roles at their firms via Careers City.
Each profile interview details what it is like to work in a particular role, at a particular organisation within a particular field. All of our rising stars are then brought together over a series of events to meet each other in environment where their accolades are celebrated and where they can begin to build their network with other amazing Women.
The “In her shoes” series of interviews is only open to our existing clients and is focused on Women who are not yet in MD level positions, but who are deemed as potential C-suite leaders of the future.
