WeAreTheCity recently held its latest Careers Club event which was called Genius, Power, Dreams with Andy Woodfield, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Taking place at PWC’s London offices the event was opened by Vanessa Vallely, Managing Director, WeAreTheCity and was followed by a workshop from Woodfield that connected a wide range of deep research and thinking to make it accessible to individuals, teams and organisations in a practical way to have a profound impact on our way of working, personal happiness and business performance.
Questions asked included: Can we afford to allow ourselves not to be who we really are at work? Should we ‘play the game’ and act like we think an actor would in the role we’ve been given? Should we conform to what’s expected? Or should we connect with our unique strength and genius and come alive with ideas, emotional engagement and enjoy the unique difference and strength of each other?
Careers Club attendees had the opportunity to explore their natural and unique strength, explore their power, take note of the impact they can have, and took some time to consider their life’s dream.
Below you will find a series of pictures from the event.
