Procurement PMO for leading Oil and Gas client in Middlesex. Up to £500pd
We require and experienced Procurement PMO for leading Oil and Gas client
Role:
*Assist with creation of program/project plans;
*Facilitate reviews of the integrated plan and manage change within the plan;
*Assist with identification of activities, milestones, dependencies and identification and scheduling of resources;
*Provide management reports on progress against plan, per team and overall program,
*Working with the team to ensure plans are kept current within the timelines defined.
*Liaise with Project Teams and communicate scheduling opportunities and constraint and use the program plan to identify and manage the forward resource plan;
*Assist in identification of planning risks;
*Assist with tracking delivery against plan;
Reporting of milestone and delivery status to the Program Lead and other key stakeholders as required;
*Assist in the collation of content for team meetings and Steering Board reviews in addition to releasing the supporting agreements & actions arising from each;
*Assist in the syndication of information within the team & all relevant group-wide stakeholders;
*Ensure project team know where portfolio, program and project documentation is stored;
*Work with the Indirect Procurement Lead to ensure the smooth delivery of the program;
