I am looking for 2 x PMO Leads to work for a World leading banking organisation located in Northampton for 6 month contracts.

You will be an experienced PMO Lead with strong skills in Change, Change Management, Planning, Risk, Issue, MI and have a strong background in either Banking, Cards or Financial Services.

Your role will be To support the delivery of Change portfolios or programmes by providing PMO expertise and skills to ensure optimal control, governance, assurance, processes & best practice.

Skills:
* Delivery of Change (85%)
* Processes & Tools: Plan & implement effective & innovative processes and tools to manage portfolios or large programmes of change. Drive the continuous improvement of processes in partnership with stakeholders.
* Risk & Issue & Change Control Management: Assure & Attest to processes across the portfolio or large programme ensuring quality, consistency and control. Partner & guide management in making effective decisions utilising intelligent information and escalate information at portfolio/programme level.
* Governance and Quality Assurance: Partner the Central Governance Team to influence & embed agreed processes effectively throughout the portfolio or large programme ensuring quality, consistency and control. Provide guidance, coaching and remediation support where necessary ensuring portfolio or large programmes meets regulatory and internal standards. Be the “Go To” point for Governance & Assurance within the portfolio.
* Planning Management: Develop & manage robust planning standards effectively throughout the portfolio or large programme ensuring quality, consistency and control. Partner & Guide PMs & PMOs in best practice planning techniques.
Drive & Influence the portfolio/Programme roadmap escalating relevant intelligent information to leadership team or department.
* MI Management: Produce qualitative metrics and consolidated reporting which can be used when presenting to the leadership community to influence decision making. Own the continuous develop and update the MI with consideration of stakeholders to ensure continued improvement & relevance.
