Retail expert, Mary Portas is back with her Channel 4 series ‘Mary Portas: Secret Shopper’ offering help to independent shops businesses.
Optomen Television, the BAFTA-winning TV production company behind shows such as The Great British Menu and Heston Blumenthal’s Feast, will be making the series that will see Mary offer her unique insight, ideas and expertise on the customer experience.
The last series was most recently on Channel 4 in February-March 2015 and attracted around 2 million viewers per episode. As an advocate of excellent customer service and a supporter of independently run businesses this could be a fantastic opportunity for an independent business
The show’s producers are currently looking for a women’s fashion shop that could benefit from Mary’s help. They’re keen to hear from any business owners or managers who would like fresh ideas to bring customers through the door and put money in the till.
