We have an opportunity to join a global digital agency in central London as an Optimisation Manager. The company have offices spanning five continents, creating world-class work that works. They boast some of the most creative minds on the planet and use this creative intelligence to elevate global brands such as Microsoft and Coco-Cola, and transform the industry.

The position of Optimisation manager will work closely with the Conversion Optimisation and Web Analytics Lead to identify and prioritise testing opportunities. The role will include the following:

-maintain test documentation including individual test specifications and overall program roadmap
-define A/B and multivariate test scenarios and success metrics
-help clients define web channel goals and key drivers
-manage client suite content, navigation and targeting test design scenario across a number of disciplines
-identify potential issues with online test design and propose solutions to issues
-manage virtual team members to complete assigned projects on time and within budget

They are looking for managers with experience managing complex projects to tight timelines whilst needing experience with the following:

-web strategy
-the knowledge of online testing or offline equivalent
-content management systems
-web analytics
-optimisation and targeting tools such as Adobe Test and Target, Optimizely, WebTrends Optimize and others
-simultaneously conceptualising multiple test variables, potential outcomes and make informed decisions on project next-steps
-working with senior managers
-translating complex technical concepts into ‘layman’s’ terminology
