Here I am in Deauville, the legendary prestigious seaside resort on the north-western coast of France, which has long been home to French high society and often referred to as the Parisian Riviera.

The city is internationally renowned for its racecourse, the American Film Festival, Grand Casino and sumptuous hotels and villas. The city is twinned with County Kildare in Ireland and Cowes in the UK. It is the place of choice in many movies and has been an endless source of inspiration for numerous writers and painters.
