Ellevate Network believes women are awesome.

They believe the research is clear that companies and the economy perform better when they fully engage women. They believe women are still an under-tapped resource in the business world and in society at large – and that it's time to change that.

Ellevate Network believe that networking and lifelong learning are keys to business success. They also believe that by providing these capabilities, by working with companies and investors to help them see the opportunity, and by truly investing in women - we can be an active and positive part of that change.

Ellevate is a global professional women's network dedicated to these beliefs and to the economic engagement of women worldwide. The most expansive and diverse network of its kind, the community is made up of successful, motivated and passionate professional women from various industries and walks of life with one common belief: that investing in themselves and in other women is good business.

They provide this knowledge through in-person events in cities around the world, their highly rated “Jam Sessions” (twice weekly webinars) and member articles, their "Ellevate Essentials" podcast series and videos.

Invest – They believe in the ability to catalyze change through investment. They put their money into action, channeling real capital to companies that are leaders in gender diversity.

Members invest in themselves through joining the network , and companies invest in their women through partnerships with Ellevate. A portion of the network’s revenues is invested in the Pax Ellevate Global Women’s Index Fund, which is the only mutual fund that invests in the top-rated companies in the world for advancing women; thus, by joining the network, their members help them invest in other women.
