Women in Bids and Proposals CIC aspires to promote diversity within the bid and proposal profession.
Our Affiliate Membership is free and is open to anyone within the bid and proposal industry, irrespective of gender.
WIBAP launched on 7th March 2018 and currently has over 1000 members; made up of both men and women, from a variety of roles and industries.
We provide networking opportunities and support for individuals, creating toolkits to help organisations to monitor and embrace diversity within their bid and proposal functions, and aiming to help attract young people to careers within the profession.
The group aims to take practical and positive steps, building on extensive research that has highlighted diversity challenges in the bidding world. We already have the support of a number of leading organisations in our profession. We’ll draw on the experiences of other similar bodies in other industries, to ensure that this is a success.
