The Mental Health Foundation is once again raising awareness and destigmatizing mental health.
This year, Mental Health Awareness Week is focusing on relationships. They believe that our relationships are crucial to our health and wellbeing and that we need to talk about them more.
There will be a number of events happening throughout the week including Festival in the Park, Conscious Relationships Workshops, Richmond Borough Mind Jazz Afternoon, and a Mental Health Awareness Week market.
The Mental Health Foundation has been running the week for 16 years and have sparked more public attention towards mental health issues and how we can improve them.
Throughout this week, WeAreTheCity will be posting articles around mental health awareness, mental wellbeing and how to stay healthy at work.
You can get involved with Mental Health Awareness Week on social media by using the hashtag #MHAW16.
