Entry Level Vacancy of the week : Telecoms Expense Management Trainee | SocGen

This role will be part of the UK Transversal team for Technical Foundation within our global support function, focusing on the following 2 areas:

*To support the Telecoms Administers in their day to day duties
*Assist in Project work which will include the integration of Telecoms Expense Management for international EMEA locations and help conduct a review of telecoms contracts and tariffs.

Main responsibilities

*Analysing & reconciling supplier invoices
*Allocating costs to end users
*Maintenance of Telecoms inventory and other static data and tools, e.g. Telecoms Expense
*Financial reporting of monthly / annual spend
*Orders of mobile, voice and data telecom lines
*Day to day liaison with suppliers and technical teams

Degree of autonomy

*The candidate will be supervised and will be expected to be able to work independently when given clear instructions, seeking guidance where necessary to ensure work is completed to the necessary standard.
*Works in a team with 1 other administrator in the UK and 4 other administrators in Bangalore
*Key relationships – Internal Clients, External Vendors, Accounting and Finance, Desk top support, Network and Telecom technical teams

Education

* Degree level qualification

Experience

*Experience within billing and contract management preferable
*Some Project Management experience would be beneficial

Technical skill

*Intermediate in Excel (Pivot tables and vlookup)
*Microsoft Outlook
*PeopleSoft Expense experience is a plus
*Basic understanding of Mobile and Fixed telecom products is desirable
