In the run up to this year’s International Women’s Day, we are hosting an exclusive ticketed dinner and panel discussion with influential women in business.
Hosted on Tuesday, 5 March from 6.30pm to 9.00pm, the evening will touch upon the countless achievements of women in business as well as cover a range of topical issues.
Our panel will be introduced by our General Manager, Gosia Gillard and is hosted by three remarkable women from a range of backgrounds. Vanessa Vallely OBE is the Managing Director for WeAreTheCity (founded in 2008 to help women progress in their careers), whilst Eleanor Mills is the respected Editorial Director for The Sunday Times and Editor of The Sunday Times Magazine who writes extensively on subjects such as equality. Our third panellist is 26 year old Abisola Barber who works as Trading Business Manager at Barclays International and who was listed in Brummell Magazine’s 30 Inspirational Women in the City for 2018.
They will talk candidly about subjects including men vs women in the workplace, advise on how to digitally disconnect in the age of anxiety, and how to better your financial future.
On the night, guests will also enjoy a glass of Champagne on arrival, as well as a delicious two-course dinner of roast salmon fillet and crème brûlée. Tickets are priced at £52 per person, and includes one glass of Champagne, a two-course meal, half bottle of wine per person, water, teas and coffees.

Northern Power Women Awards are moving to Manchester Central in 2019, which guarantees to bring an evening bigger and better.
The awards celebrate the women and men working towards creating gender balance in organisations across the entire Northern Powerhouse. Winners are profiled and their stories shared to encourage other individuals and organisations to step up and take action.
