Self-isolating, working from home? 45-minute online mindfulness & meditation practice to connect with others, to stay resilient.
45-minute online meditation & mindfulness practices for difficult times. I am offering three sessions a week. Each session will focus on a different led practice as well as a key mindfulness teaching to maintain good mental health.
In these 45-minute sessions I will be guiding us through a meditation practice to ground ourselves, to calm the mind, to connect and to remember that we are not alone, to stay resourceful and resilient. Each session is run as a stand-alone session.
No prior experience is necessary.
I will be running these sessions via Zoom videoconferencing. When you book your place you will be sent a link to join the meditation & mindfulness session. All you need to do is follow the link to join.
I offer some places for free for those who are financially effected by the Coronavirus, some places at a standard rate of £5 per session and an option to donate a smaller or larger amount. This scheme will allow me to keep my business going and to help others.
