An opportunity to invest in five trail blazing female founders.
Invest in Her is a growing community bringing together investors and entrepreneurs interested in closing the funding gap for female-led businesses.
Out of the $130 billion invested by VCs globally in 2018, female founder teams only received 2% of funding (PitchBook).
In 2018, all female founders put together received $10 billion less in funding than one e-cigarette company, Juul, took in by itself.
In Europe, where we might expect to see the most progressive results, 93% of VC funds went to all-male founding teams (Atomico).
It’s just not good enough.
This event is designed to play a small part in changing these stats.
The businesses will be revenue producing, scale up businesses, who need growth capital and strategic investors to help take them to the next level. We may also give opportunities to women at the start of their journey if we particularly like the business model and see potential for disruption.
If you know of an entrepreneur who might like to pitch, the link to our online application form is here: Invest in Her Application Form
