Ever wondered how you can give feedback in a way that impacts the receiver well and is easy for you?
You know that not all feedback happens virtually. A useful skill is knowing how to have sensible conversations that deliver feedback or stretch into a coaching conversation that work for both the receiver and the deliverer. This WIBF session is about the triggers receivers of feedback and coaching experience, as well as sharing 2 simple coaching and feedback models that you can apply in every day life.
Key take aways:
• The three triggers people can have when they hear ‘I have feedback for you’
• The AID feedback model
• The CIGAR coaching model
• Time to play and practise
