Event Details

Social media, as well as the work place, gives us a steady stream of opinion and thoughts about our lives, our decisions and even our appearance.

Ever wondered how you can give feedback in a way that impacts the receiver well and is easy for you?

You know that not all feedback happens virtually. A useful skill is knowing how to have sensible conversations that deliver feedback or stretch into a coaching conversation that work for both the receiver and the deliverer. This WIBF session is about the triggers receivers of feedback and coaching experience, as well as sharing 2 simple coaching and feedback models that you can apply in every day life.

Key take aways:

• The three triggers people can have when they hear ‘I have feedback for you’

• The AID feedback model

• The CIGAR coaching model

• Time to play and practise

Kirsty Lewis

Having worked globally for Diageo and deciding that there was more to life than a BA Gold card, Kirsty set up her own Training company in 2008.

Kirsty has worked as a freelance trainer, coach and facilitator for the past 7 years. She started working life in the drinks industry at Bass Brewers, followed by Guinness then Diageo where she honed her Sales skills and discovered a passion for designing and delivering global capability programmes.

Kirsty’s work has taken her around the world to America, Canada, Europe, China, Asia, Australia, Africa working with clients from CPG/FMCG, Banks, Brewers, Entertainment, Education, Industry and Pharmaceuticals. Since then the desire to share her knowledge and passion on how to manage a workshop, the difficult delegate, the passionate questioner, congruent body language and awesome questions led to the creation of The School of Facilitation.
