Retreats to Advance Setting Goals Event London

Event Details

As a new year and decade looms, retreat with us for an intimate conversation in a cosy London cafe, about how to set and accomplish goals that really matter and align with your values.

Our launch event is an honest conversation with special guests Elle Croft and Daniela Bultoc who accomplished their goals while navigating burnout and imposter syndrome.

Are you a millennial woman who wants to better herself and is willing to put in the work?

Do you feel a tension between needing to have a break but dreading the pile of work that will be waiting for you?

Has being constantly “switched on” made it difficult for you to unwind?

Do you have big goals but wonder if you are going about attaining them in the right way?

Are you worried that admitting you need some down time will make you appear weak?

This event is for you!

Our busy and modern lifestyles do not set us up for emotional well-being and guilt-free relaxation. With trying to squeeze more productivity out of limited time, it is no wonder millennials have been labeled “the burnout generation.”

Join is in a discussion about how true holistic wellness is the springboard to a successful life. Hear from our guests how they found work, play and rest rhythms that led to their best outcomes.

Personal development is not sacrificed when self-care is prioritised, in fact, the opposite happens. Rejuvenating rest boosts creativity and productivity!
