October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month & this community event will be raising funds that will be used to deliver vital fitness support to those who have received a diagnosis.

Learn how to become breast-aware (either for yourself or for loved ones) and how regular exercise can help prevent breast cancer.

For those who have received a diagnosis, it has a huge amount of benefits including a reduction in side effects, a better quality of life and a reduction in the risk of recurrence.

This promises to be an uplifting, fun dance event where you will be taught a selection of dance styles.

There will be an opportunity to connect with each other when we have our breaks in the lovely cafe area.

It will not be a working cafe so bring your own water and fruit will be provided.
