– How to lean in to challenging conversations; how to prepare yourself for the conversation and ways to overcome possible reactions during the conversation
– The impact feedback can have on performance and best practice tactics to prepare for and deliver great feedback
– The value of coaching, when to use it and the key behaviours to make a performance coaching conversation effective
