Join coaches Jenny and Emma for this session where you will have the opportunity to take some time to focus on who you are, all you have to offer, your unique characteristics that make you you and how you can best be that confident self in work and life.
You’ll explore all you have achieved, big & small, personal & professional, that you are proud of and the characteristics you demonstrated that enabled you to make those acheivements. You’ll consider your comfort zones and how to stretch them to fulfil your potential as well as identifying what’s important to you when thinking about how you want to present yourself in work and in life – to let your authentic self thrive.
There will be time to focus on being a woman and the issues you may be facing in work and life and the steps you can take to positively manage these issues as well as reflecting on your own wellbeing and how to make time for the self care that has the biggest impact on your wellbeing
Our aim is for you to leave the workshop with more confidence, a clear sense of who you are and all you have to offer in work and life and and some steps to present yourself as the person you want to be.
