CMI Women invites you to join this event on the topic of menopause in the workplace.

CMI Women is a network for both women and men committed to advancing gender equality by supporting women to thrive in management. Research shows that menopause can impact women’s progression into senior and leadership roles.

This CMI Women event will be hosted by Heather Melville OBE CMgr CCMI, Chair, CMI Women. Claire Tunley, CEO, Financial Services Skills Commission and Tanuj Kapilashrami, Head of Global HR, Standard Chartered Bank will be joining to share some findings from their report: Menopause in the Workplace- Impact on Women in Financial Services. The research explores how the menopause transition affects the progression of women into senior roles in the Financial Services Industry.

Join us on Monday 13th December, for an interesting and informed discussion providing insight on the topic of menopause in the workplace. Our guest speakers will highlight how menopause impacts women’s progression into management and leadership roles depending on type of position, organisation or sector and how managers and leaders can best support their staff throughout this experience.
