Join Leon Taylor for a 60-minute group session designed to boost your physical and mental wellbeing, delivered live on Zoom.

The session brings together Leon’s passions – movement, and mindset coaching – to create a shared experience aimed at improving your health, your happiness and your performance. Open to all levels of fitness and the whole household!
MINDSET COACHING: Looking at habits, behaviours and beliefs. Leon will offer tangible tools and techniques that you can use immediately to manage stress and navigate the current situation we find ourselves in.
MOVEMENT: Time to get out of our heads and into our bodies. Leon will take you through a mobility warm up, ramping up to some higher intensity work, which will be followed by yoga-inspired cool down and time to rest and integrate at the end of the session.
What you will need: A clear space to move in, a bottle of water, comfortable clothing and a notepad.
This session is pay-what-you-can, so please give what you can under your current financial circumstances.
