The event will run on the 5th of October 2022 from 12:00-13:30. This roundtable is a 90-minute virtual session about how National Deaf Children’s Society can support employers to be inclusive and accessible for deaf employees.
Employers will have the opportunity to learn more about deafness, and listen to experts from across the organization as well as directly from deaf young people about the challenges they face in the workplace. Employers will also learn more about the National Deaf Children’s Society’s offer to support them in partnership, including the Accessibility in the Workplace training, deaf awareness, and the Deaf Friendly Standard.
