Because when you take care of yourself, you can take care of others.  Self-care can also reset an anxious mind, make you more productive and enable you to be your best.

But how to make time for self-care when you’re so busy caring for others? How to practise some self-care when we can’t do the things we normally do to make ourselves feel better? And how to tell when self-care becomes self-indulgence?
