Are you a high achieving woman in business seeking to progress your career into your 40’s and beyond?
Does the glamourised image of youthful business leaders leave you worried and feeling you are losing out on the opportunity to get to the top, especially if you have had to balance work and care responsibilities?
If so, we are delighted to invite you to a virtual Women CEOs Roundtable, introductory session “The State of Women’s Leadership: Boosting Your Career into Your 40s and Beyond” on Thursday, 22nd July, 5-6pm BST.
Join two global experts on women’s leadership and gender balance management who will:
- Share tips on how you can pace and position yourself for opportunities at the top
- Deconstruct the myths and shed light on career trajectories of women in leadership beyond the 40’s.
- Point you to where you are presently on the trajectory and what that means for your career
This session precedes a complete workshop and practical session later in the year that will take a deep dive into what you need to do to go from where you are on the trajectory to getting to the top and beyond boundaries.
Meet our global experts for the session:
