Because of the overwhelming response to our last workshop, we have invited nutritionist Christianna back to host another event in our Salon.

She’ll be talking about all things menopause, why it’s so misunderstood and busting some myths around it. She’ll be sharing practical nutrition and lifestyle advice on how to manage the most common symptoms and shedding light on some of the more unexpected ones. She’ll also cover the health risks women face with menopause and how we can help protect ourselves to continue to be healthy and vibrant through menopause and beyond.
