Event Details

In this provocative session for International Mens Day, mental health campaigner and tech start-up CEO, Rob Stephenson, will ask the question “Who cares about Men’s Mental Health?”.

He will answer it by sharing his own story of living and working with bipolar and details of his work as a campaigner. Rob will also consider why, despite all of the privilege men enjoy in the workplace and society, suicide is the biggest killer of middle aged men. He will give a few ideas how we can all better look out for each other during these challenging times and discuss how the pandemic has the potential to help create a more empathetic world where mental health is concerned. This talk is aimed at both men and women and how we can all change the way we think and act about mental health.
