There are several components needed for an organisation to be Disability Confident, recruitment is probably one of the most important as attracting the right talent can be so challenging. Tracey will talk about;
- removing barriers so that diverse individuals can apply,
- making your application process easy to access,
- interviews that cater for all types of talent, and
- onboarding so that the new recruits feel understood and comfortable.
