The Women in Consulting networking event is an opportunity for those who identity as female, together from all areas of consulting.

The event will be an opportunity to meet consultants from all different sectors, practices, levels, and backgrounds.

As well as networking, the event will also have a panel Q+A. The panel will be made up of female partners and leaders from large global consultancies to growing boutiques and medical professionals.

At this event, the overarching theme will be ‘All things Women: with a focus on mental health, with the panel discussing their own experiences and what is done at their companies to overcome these barriers.

This event will broadly be themed; this is the third networking event in the series, following on from, ‘Women: all things health and babies’ and ‘Hitting the glass ceiling in Consulting’. The series will be looking at everything from maternity leave to menstrual pains; childcare to the expectation of ‘leadership’; and the sharing of personal stories of the challenges faced in the industry and assumptions made.

About the organiser:

My name is Sarah, and I work for a boutique recruitment consultancy, Tarka Talent. We recruit into broad transformation, strategy, and consulting roles.
