THE SESSION

Join a gorgeous group of heart-centred women in a relaxed and loving space

Beth will guide you inwards through meditation & enquiry to sense how you’re feeling

You will be guided to give space to emotions, needs & desires that you might not have time, space, resource and safety to feel in your busy daily life

There will be a sharing circle, where you are invited (not obligated) to express what is present within your inner world. To be seen & heard is to heal and is to come back to your Self

Beth will draw on her years of experience and emotional healing techniques to help the group to release & let go

She will respond intuitively to the group and draw on meditation, ThetaHealing, sound healing, embodiment, EFT to bring your back to your own wisdom & heart
