Calling all London women! For the first time since 2019 I am so excited to bring my revised and updated Masterclass on Menopause seminar back to you here in London on Tuesday 20th November, 2022.
I hope you can join me to talk about a new way of thinking about your menopause symptoms… that is what this seminar is about, and I tell you a little bit about it in my video.
For the past couple of years, many of us haven’t been able to travel. Myself included. I thought that it was time to change that. Which is why, I’m announcing my post-pandemic UK Tour and I’m coming here to you in London.
It’s a privilege to share information with you about this important stage of our lives and the evidenced lifestyle change solutions that can make such a difference to how we feel.
As part of my women’s healthy ageing research I’ve un-tangled our menopause symptoms. I was curious as to why otherwise healthy women were telling me about sore joints & muscles, insomnia, hot flushes, poor exercise recovery, mood swings and for many, daily exhaustion and weight gain, even though they hadn’t changed their exercise or diet. At the time I was the same, despite being on HRT.
After all, with menopause the opposite of puberty and the biological gateway to our ageing, it made so much sense to position our lifestyle and menopause weight loss solutions in healthy ageing research, not sickness.
I’m so pleased I did, because I found that by looking at menopause through the lens of our biological ageing, I was able to put into place powerful strategies that enabled me to change my energy levels, get my healing sleep back, whittle off 15kg and restore hormonal harmony in my aching joints and muscles.
