Female leaders boost the bottom line

Working in a diverse team is rarely as comfortable as being with people who look and think like you do.

But a growing body of research is beginning to demonstrate that companies run by such teams perform better.

This report by McKinsey used publicly available data from 2012-2015 to analyse gender diversity at the executive level at 754 companies across sectors and in all regions of the globe.
