The Forge is a modern European restaurant and bar situated on the corner of Garrick and Floral Street in the heart of Covent Garden, London. It is the third restaurant in Covent Garden from owner Robert Seigler.
Much of this restaurant’s charm lies in its location, which is just a little hidden but still band in the centre of Covent Garden. The interior is elegant and the atmosphere is relaxed. Exposed brickwork and lovely arched windows provide a great venue for lunch and for dinner, when the room is soft and candle lit.
In September 2009 a new bar area was created below the restaurant. Discreet and comfortable, with the atmosphere of a private club, The Forge Bar is a small jewel in Covent Garden. Perfect for meeting friends and enjoying a drink before dining in the restaurant, or indeed for spending an entire lunch or dinner eating from a menu that offers light snacks to full meals.
The Forge Restaurant is open 7 days a week from Noon and last orders are at Midnight. The Restaurant is fully air-conditioned and accommodates 90 guests.
The Forge Bar is open from Noon to 11pm Monday to Friday and from 5pm to 11pm on Saturday. The bar is fully air-conditioned.
