Worldpay are looking for a Fraud Manager to join their buzzing London HQ as part of the Customer Excellence team.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will provide deep Fraud expertise for the local UK and EMEA team and our customers. Working with the Sales team, you will support in the pre sales activities for both new and existing customers and carry out post-sales risk profile creation and fraud optimisation to provide expertise, reassurance and continuity for local customers.

You will deliver initial customer training plus value-added services such as recommendation reports to increase retention and satisfaction levels. Besides this you will be involved in Fraud related project work e.g. acting as expert stakeholder representing internal commercial and operation teams for the UK and EMEA region.

Last but not least you will proactively feed back to the product team to help drive on-going improvement and innovation in the risk management product suite.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will hold a Bsc. degree in a relevant discipline with a deep expertise in Fraud Monitoring / Analysis. You are highly experienced in working in fraud analysis with a leading anti-fraud engine used to combat online card fraud, identifying fraud trends and recommending optimisation to clients’ rules with the insight derived from their analysis of key measures such as velocity or device. You have the ability to analyse large sets of transaction data to identify emerging fraud trends, and develop strategies to mitigate these trends. In terms of the cultural fit you are a self starter able to work autonomously and not expect info to be handed to them in a plate. Also you are curious, driven and proactive who’s able to clearly communicate technical concepts. The role requires international travel, so some flexibility is appreciated.
