My passion is for developing people. I’m lucky enough to have forged a career where I enjoy the flexibility of holding three roles which allow me to help others to be the very best version of themselves.
Firstly, I look after leadership development for the Post Office, supporting senior leaders to drive the commercial performance of our business while retaining the integrity and public purpose of our beloved brand. I am also a mentor and coach, as well as supporting those with less confidence to embark on their first networking experiences.
Secondly, I’m a self-employed independent stylist for press-loved American jewellery and accessories brand, Stella & Dot, running styling sessions with women of a wide range of diverse backgrounds. Over the next year I’m keen to start growing a team of stylists who I can empower and coach to grow their own independent businesses.
Finally, I volunteer as a blogger for Women1st and Northern Power Women, sharing stories and experiences to help other women climb the career ladder with confidence. I also provide independent CV and interview skills surgeries for people who’ve found themselves at risk of redundancy or are having a career crisis.
I love what I do and realise that happiness comes from having a career that allows me to connect people, develop their potential and learn lots about myself along the way.
