Gender Networks launches firmwide network survey results in partnership with EY | In Pictures

Gender Networks (formerly the Network of Networks) was founded in 2009 by Vanessa Vallely OBE, Managing Director of WeAreTheCity. The purpose of Gender Networks was to create a forum for internal women’s networks, chairs and co-chairs, to share network best practice, seek opportunities to leverage ideas and share challenges. Gender Networks has a representation of 85 cross sector member organisations from across the UK.

Each year, Gender Networks contribute to a company-wide survey which details their strategic objectives and the governance of their networks. This year, WeAreTheCity partnered with EY’s Women’s Network and Women Fast Forward to conduct our survey and to produce our Gender Networks Survey 2018/19 results.

Our survey results were presented at a meeting hosted on 6 Feb at EY’s London offices. The partnership between EY and Gender Networks was kindly supported by Joanne Santinon, Partner and Chair of EY’s Women’s Network and the Rt Hon. Nicky Morgan MP.
