What to expect from our programme?

Whilst on our graduate programme, you will benefit from comprehensive personal and career development opportunities.  The programme offered at MHI is supported by a learning environment in which you can broaden your knowledge.

Over twelve months, you will:

• Strengthen your technical skills through classroom training on financial markets and products
• Develop your soft skills at an off-site leadership development event in Amsterdam and follow-up modular programme held in-house
• Opportunity to participate in our Global Mobility programme and have the opportunity spend time in our offices in Tokyo, Hong Kong or other locations across the world
• Expand your knowledge of MHI from departmental presentations on key initiatives and MHI’s strategic agenda to boost your ‘on the job’ learning
• Benefit from an Internal Business Sponsor as well as receive informal support from your departmental ‘buddy’ and HR
• Join in our Sports and Social Club and contribute to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

Who are we looking for?

• Highly motivated individuals with strong academic qualifications (Be on course for, or have achieved, a 2:1)
