Women in Leadership focus
Helping women to develop their leadership potential has been at the heart of Henley for many years, demonstrated by our Executive MBA and Masters in Finance programmes boasting top ranking positions for percentage of female faculty (no.1* and no.1** in the world respectively) and percentage of female students (no.1 in the UK* and no.26** in the world respectively). We continue to support women within the Business School, both professional and academic, with their own personal development through programmes such as Springboard and by working towards Athena Swan accreditation.
In November 2014, we launched the Henley Woman in Leadership Forum, a distinctive and trailblazing voice of expertise and events, to contribute and inform the debates and solutions for developing and encouraging women at all stages of their careers. Through a variety of mechanisms, including a fully-funded Executive MBA Scholarship in partnership with the 30% Club and Financial Times, Henley prides itself in bringing business to life, recognising potential and encouraging individuals to become great professionals and outstanding business leaders.
