The HR Performance Advisor should have proven experience of managing a significant ER caseload and providing coaching and support to both line managers and employees. You must be CIPD qualified (or working towards this) and your IT skills will include familiarity with Oracle and Oracle Rightnow (HR case management tool). Previous experience working in HRSS environment would be advantageous.
