You will lead the change management and business process evolution for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation focused on delivering transformational business capabilities in the areas of HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement.

Partner with internal business colleagues and external technology teams to ensure the ERP transformation fully delivers the re-engineered business process, organisational, and change management outcomes necessary to unleash the planned financial and operational business case.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Build, manage, and lead a team focused on delivering best-in-class ERP capabilities to support functional disciplines within Ladbrokes.
  • Lead the teams responsible for requirements, solution architecture, and quality assurance.
  • Identify, attract, develop and manage a high performance team. Hold appropriate individuals and areas accountable while actively promoting the development of knowledge, skills, and abilities of team members.
  • Identify and implement informal and formal training and development as needed.
  • Maintain a service-oriented, customer-focused team that supports ongoing operations and drives efficiency, quality and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with our Managed Service Provider to ensure each party delivers within the agreed contractual framework.
  • Lead and manage the portfolio of work for all systems within the ecosystem.
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement planning deliverables.
  • Provide technical insights in various disciplines across delivery.
  • Define and deliver business process roadmaps that align with technology platforms that align with Ladbrokes business strategies.
  • Safeguard the company’s investment in the Oracle EBS.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Experience Required:

  • Must have significant progressively responsible professional experience in ERP systems administration and/or ERP workflow and configuration.
  • Must have solid experience overseeing the direction, development, and improvement of business processes with ERP solutions
  • Must have solid experience driving technical, cultural, and operational transformation and delivery of business critical business programs.

Skills Required:

  • Must have excellent leadership, change management, and influencing skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience including presentations to senior leadership, peer groups, and third parties.
  • Must have advanced analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Must have advanced project management skills.
  • Must have advanced project life cycle methodology and procedures skills.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of systems and application technologies and architecture.
  • Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, deadline driven environment.
  • Must have ability to develop, write, and implement new organisation policies and procedures.
