Position Description:
The BRM (Business Resource Management) group is looking for an experienced analyst developer to join the BRM Metrics IT team in London.
The team is responsible for supporting and building out a trade data warehouse for stock loan, repo and other secured funding related activity. The data warehouse is used to support the data analytic and reporting requirements of the securities lending and repo desks as well as providing secured funding data to the firms key liquidity reporting systems and BRM Reporting desk, which has oversight of the firms funding activities.
The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the support and build out of the data warehouse including capturing requirements, implementing new feeds, presenting data to users via various mediums including extracts, dashboards & data visualisations.
A key part of the role will be working closely with the business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.
The successful candidate must have experience in OO programming, data modelling, SQL and be comfortable interacting with front office users.
The candidate must be able to work as part of a global team, across multiple work streams, must be self-motivated and able to structure and prioritise tasks in order to achieve business deliverables.
Experience of Repo, Securities Lending or Collateral Management is desirable but not essential.
