We are currently seeking a Total Reward Compensation Administration APAC/EALA Delivery Lead who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with Accenture – an employer that enables you to make a real difference.

As a Compensation APAC/EALA Delivery Team Lead the key aspects of your role will be

 

  • Lead Overall Implementation Effort for annual compensation administration roll-outs and process refinements
  • Develop Knowledge Required to Become Expert in Global Reward Processes, Local GU Reward programs and Selected Vendor Applications; Participate and Contribute on Compensation Community of Practice
  • Establish Relationships with GU Service Delivery Reward Teams, HR Shared Service Centre Teams, Total Rewards Discipline Teams, CIO Delivery and Operations Teams and Vendor Delivery Teams; Coordinate Requirements Gathering, Design and Testing for annual compensation administration process Serve as Liaison in Representing Requirements and Negotiating Release Scope to Delivery Teams

  • Experience of Administration tools/ compensation planning tools
  • Stakeholder management

 

The Total Rewards HR IT team is responsible for executing the compensation strategy laid out by the Total Rewards CoE.  This includes refining processes and enhancing the tools necessary to support Compensation Administration.  Within the HR IT team, the APAC/EALA Delivery Manager works closely with local GU compensation teams to define compensation program requirements and provide guidance on how best to configure the ACAT application to support compensation administration.
